  • 1 rama de cilantro.
  • 1 manojo de hierbas de olor.
  • 2 elotes partidos en 4.
  • Sal al gusto.
  • Pimienta al gusto.

Preparation

  • Colocamos la olla express en el fuego.
  • Añadimos el agua.
  • Añadimos la zanahoria.
  • Añadimos el elote.
  • Añadimos las papas.
  • Añadimos la cebolla.
  • Añadimos el apio.
  • Añadimos el cilantro.
  • Añadimos la pimienta.
  • Añadimos el ajo.
  • Añadimos la sal.
  • Añadimos la carne.
  • Añadimos las hiervas de olor.
  • Tapamos la olla.
  • Una vez que chille la olla express, dejamos por 30 minutos más.
