340 gramos de atún en agua o aceite
dos latas

en medias lunas

2 cucharadas de ajo con sal.
2 chiles chipotles en adobo
licuados

2 tazas de puré de jitomate.
Pimienta
al gusto

Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Dejamos calentar el aceite.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Dejamos freír por 5 minutos.
Añadimos el puré de tomate.
Añadimos el chile chipotle.
Añadimos el atún.
Mezclamos todos los ingredientes.
Añadimos el ajo con sal.
Añadimos la pimienta.
Mezclamos todos los ingredientes.
Tapamos el sartén y dejamos cocinar hasta que la mayor parte del liquido se haya absorbido
aproximadamente 15 minutos
