  • 1/2 kilogramo de chorizo desmenuzado.
  • 400 mililitros de agua.

  • Colocamos una olla honda en el fuego.
  • Añadimos el agua.
  • Añadimos las papas.
  • Añadimos la sal.
  • Tapamos la olla.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 30 minutos.
  • Retiramos, drenamos y reservamos.
  • Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
  • Añadimos los huevos.
  • Batimos perfectamente.
  • Colocamos una olla honda en el fuego.
  • Añadimos aceite y dejamos calentar.
  • Añadimos el chorizo.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 10 minutos movemos constantemente.
  • Añadimos las papas.
  • Tapamos la olla.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 10 minutos movemos constantemente.
  • Añadimos el huevo.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 15 minutos movemos constantemente.
