Una receta sencilla y tradicional de preparar hot dogs.

Ingredients

  • 8 piezas de pan para hot dog.
  • 8 piezas de salchicha para hot dog.
  • 5 piezas de jitomate guaje medianos.
  • 1 pieza de cebolla blanca mediana.
  • 1 lata de rajas mediana 200 gramos.
  • Agua la necesaria.
  • Catsup al gusto.
  • Mostaza al gusto.
  • Mayonesa al gusto.

Preparation

  • Colocamos en una bolsa de plástico los panes, la amarramos y hacemos pequeños orificios por toda la bolsa.
  • Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
  • Colocamos una rejilla para baño María.
  • Añadimos un poco de agua que no cubra la rejilla.
  • Colocamos las salchichas sobre la rejilla.
  • Sobre las salchichas colocamos la bolsa con el pan.
  • Tapamos la olla dejamos a fuego bajo.
  • Dejamos calentar por 15 minutos aproximadamente.
  • Partimos los jitomates en cubos pequeños.
  • Partimos la cebolla finamente.
  • Partimos las rajas en trozos pequeños.
  • Con cuidado abrimos la olla donde tenemos el pan y las salchichas.
  • Colocamos en un plato un pan y una salchicha.
  • Preparamos agregando mayonesa, mostaza y catsup al gusto.
  • Añadimos jitomate, cebolla y picante al gusto.
¡Listo! tenemos terminados nuestro hot dog.
