El dÃa de hoy tenemos una receta que le va a encantar a los más pequeños del hogar, unas hamburguesas al carbón hawainas.

Ingredients
1 Kilo de carne molida.
1 Piña en rebanadas.
½ Kilo de queso Oaxaca.
125 Grs de mantequilla.
3 Huevos.
Pan molido.
Jitomate.
Cebolla.
Rajas.
Pan para hamburguesa.

Preparation
Echamos los huevos a la carne molida.
Integramos los ingredientes.
Agregamos pan molido poco a poco a nuestra mezcla para ir viendo la consistencia.
Una vez que nuestra mezcla ya no se pega comenzamos a hacer bolitas estilo albondigas y con ayuda de una tortilladora aplanamos la carne.
Derretimos mantequilla.
Colocamos la piña y la carne en el asador.
Barnizamos con la mantequilla derretida.
Volteamos y barnizamos constantemente hasta que la carne y piña esten en su punto.
Si la piña es muy grande, la podemos partir en triangulos.
Colocamos el pan y barnizamos con mantequilla.
Agregamos queso oaxaca sobre la carne para gratinar.
Una vez gratinado el queso, colocamos un trozo de piña, jamón o tocino, verduras y picante – si son de tu agrado -, mostaza, catsup y mayonesa.
Listo, tenemos una hamburguesa hawaina, lista para degustar.
