1 cebolla fileteada.
1 cucharada de ajo en polvo.
Jugo de 4 limones.
1/2 jitomate
en cubos

3 chiles jalapeños
en tiras

Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite
y dejamos calentar

Añadimos las cebollas.
Dejamos sofreÃr.
Añadimos las tiras de res.
Añadimos sal
al gusto

Añadimos el ajo en polvo.
Añadimos pimienta
al gusto

Tapamos nuestro sartén y dejamos en el fuego por 15 minutos.
Añadimos los jalapeños.
Añadimos el jitomate.
Tapamos y dejamos por otros 5 minutos en el fuego.
Añadimos el jugo de limón.
Dejamos en el fuego por otros 5 minutos.
