1 kilo de costilla de cerdo
en trozos

300 gramos de tomate verde.
2 chiles serranos
en tiras
.
4 ó 5 ramas de cilantro.
1/2 cebolla.
1 diente de ajo.
Sal
al gusto

Pimienta
al gusto
.
Aceite.

Colocamos la licuadora.
Añadimos los tomates.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos el cilantro.
Añadimos el ajo.
Añadimos los chiles.
Añadimos sal
al gusto

Añadimos pimienta
al gusto
.
Licuamos perfectamente
añadimos un poco de agua si es necesario
.
Colocamos un sartén amplio en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite
y dejamos calentar
.
Añadimos las costillas.
Dejamos freír por un lapso de 20 minutos
movemos constantemente
.
Añadimos la mezcla que licuamos.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 40 minutos
o hasta que las costillas estén suaves
.
