Ingredients
8 chuletas de cerdo ahumadas.
Un manojo de perejil
limpio y desinfectado
.
1 cebolla blanca
mediana
.
6 a 8 dientes de ajo entero
dependiendo el tamaño
.
3 dientes de ajo fileteados.
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva en pasta.
1 cucharadas de sal con ajo.
1/2 cucharadita de sal de grano.
1/2 cucharadita de pimienta molida.

Preparation
Colocamos la licuadora.
Añadimos los ajos enteros.
Añadimos la mitad de la cebolla.
Añadimos la pasta de aceite de oliva.
Añadimos la sal con ajo.
Añadimos la sal de grano.
Añadimos la pimienta.
Añadimos el perejil.
Licuamos perfectamente hasta formar una pasta.
Colocamos un platón amplio.
Añadimos las chuletas extendidas.
Tomamos una brocha y vamos a “embarrar†las chuletas con la pasta que licuamos.
Metemos las chuletas al refrigerador
y dejamos reposar por 1 hora
.
Colocamos un sartén al fuego.
Añadimos un poquito de aceite.
Colocamos las chuletas.
Dejamos freÃr por ambos lados hasta que queden ligeramente doradas.
Retiramos las chuletas
y las colocamos sobre papel absorbente para quitar el exceso de aceite
.
¡Listo! tenemos terminadas nuestras chuletas al ajo y perejil, podemos acompañar con alguna

o una
pasta
