fileteada

Sal

Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
Añadimos suficiente agua
para cubrir las calabazas

Añadimos las calabazas.
Añadimos sal.
Tapamos la olla.
Dejamos cocer por un lapso de 15 minutos.
Retiramos las calabazas
drenamos y dejamos enfrIar

Partimos las calabazas por la mitad
a lo largo

y dejamos gratinar

Mezclamos bien.
Retiramos del fuego.
Tomamos una canoa de calabaza.
Rellenamos con choriqueso.
