Ingredients
1/4 de kg. de carne molida de res.
1/4 de kg. de carne molida de cerdo.
1/2 taza de arroz.
1 pieza de huevo.
5 jitomates guaje.
1 cebolla blanca.
Chiles chipotles adobados al gusto.
1 diente de ajo.
Sal.
Agua, la suficiente.

Preparation
En un tazón amplio colocamos la carne.
Añadimos el arroz.
Añadimos el huevo.
Añadimos un poco de sal.
Mezclamos perfectamente
dejamos reposar un momento
.
Colocamos los jitomates en la licuadora.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos el ajo.
Añadimos chipotle
esto es al gusto
.
Añadimos sal.
Añadimos agua.
Licuamos perfectamente.
Colocamos una cacerola amplia en la estufa.
Vaciamos la mezcla de la licuadora
dejamos a fuego lento
.
Formamos las albóndigas
con la mezcla que dejamos reposando
.
Con cuidado las vamos colocando en la cacerola.
Dejamos hasta que la carne este bien cocida y el caldillo haya espesado
aproximadamente de 30 a 40 minutos
.
¡Listo! Terminamos nuestra receta, ahora solo falta servir y a disfrutar.
Si quieres que sea más picante, puedes agregar más chiles al caldo.
