en tiras

en tiras

1/2 pimiento morrón amarillo
en tiras

6 champiñones
en rebanados

150 gramos de mantequilla.

Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Añadimos la mantequilla.
Dejamos derretir.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Dejamos sofreír.
Añadimos los pimientos morrón.
Dejamos en el fuego 5 minutos.
Añadimos los champiñones.
Dejamos en el fuego por 5 minutos.
Añadimos la chuleta ahumada.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 20 minutos.
Añadimos el queso Oaxaca.
Dejamos fundir.
