240 gramos de grano de elote precocido.
1/2 cebolla
picada en cubos

1 diente de ajo
picado en cubos

2 cucharadas de aceite.
2 jitomates
picado en cubos
.
Unas ramitas de cilantro
picado finamente
.
1 cucharada de consomé de pollo en polvo.
Sal
al gusto

Pimienta
al gusto

Preparation
Colocamos una cacerola amplia en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite
y dejamos calentar

Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos el jitomate.
Añadimos el ajo.
Añadimos el cilantro.
Mezclamos perfectamente.
Dejamos cocer por un lapso de 10 minutos
hasta que el jitomate suelte jugo
.
Añadimos las calabazas.
Añadimos sal.
Añadimos consomé de pollo.
Mezclamos perfectamente.
Dejamos cocer por un lapso de 20 minutos
hasta que las calabazas estén suaves y hayan reducido su tamaño
.
Añadimos los granos de elote.
Dejamos cocer por 5 minutos más.
