5 papas partidas en 4.
3 zanahorias en bastones.
4 jitomates partidos en 4.
1 elote partido en 4.
1 lata de garbanzos.
3 chiles morita secos.
1 cebolla blanca partida a la mitad.
2 dientes de ajo.
Unas ramitas de epazote.
Sal al gusto.
2 litros de agua.

Colocamos la olla express.
Añadimos el agua.
Añadimos el retazo de res.
Añadimos los elotes.
Añadimos los garbanzos.
Añadimos la zanahoria.
Añadimos las papas.
Añadimos los ajos.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos los jitomates.
Añadimos el chiles moritas.
Añadimos sal.
Añadimos el epazote.
Tapamos la olla express y dejamos en el fuego.
Una vez que la olla comience a “chillar†vamos a bajar el fuego y dejamos por 30 minutos más.
