700 mililitros de caldo de pollo
donde cocimos la pechuga
.
1/4 de mole en pasta.
Cebolla fileteada
al gusto

Crema acida
al gusto
.
Queso rallado
al gusto

Aceite
para freír

Colocamos una olla amplia en el fuego.
Añadimos suficiente aceite
y dejamos calentar

Añadimos las tortillas.
Dejamos freír.
Retiramos del aceite
y colocamos sobre papel absorbente
.
Colocamos una olla amplia en el fuego.
Añadimos un poco de aceite
y dejamos calentar
.
Añadimos el mole en pasta.
Dejamos unos minutos en el fuego.
Vamos a ir añadiendo poco a poco el caldo de pollo.
Debemos disolver perfectamente el mole en pasta.
Añadimos las tortillas fritas.
Integramos los ingredientes.
Dejamos en el fuego por unos 5 minutos.
Servimos en un plato los chilaquiles.
