Ingredients
1 kilogramo de masa de maíz.
2 conos de piloncillo
aproximadamente 300 gramos
.
Una raja de canela.
1 cucharada de anís.
500 mililitros de agua.
Aceite
para freír
.
1 taza de harina de maíz.

Preparation
Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
Añadimos el agua.
Añadimos el piloncillo.
Añadimos la canela.
Añadimos el anís.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 20 minutos
hasta tener
miel de piloncillo
.
Retiramos del fuego
y dejamos enfriar
.
Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
Añadimos la masa.
Vertimos miel
poco a poco con ayuda de un colador
.
Amasamos para integrar todo perfectamente.
Formamos las gorditas
nos ayudamos espolvoreando nuestras manos con un poco de harina de maíz
.
Colocamos un sartén hondo en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite
y dejamos calentar
.
Sumergimos las gorditas
con mucho cuidado
.
Dejamos dorar por ambos lados.
Retiramos del aceite
y colocamos sobre papel absorbente
.
¡Listo! tenemos nuestras
gorditas de piloncillo
terminadas.
