  • 300 mililitros de agua.

  • Colocamos una olla amplia en el fuego.
  • Añadimos el agua.
  • Añadimos los tomates.
  • Añadimos los chiles.
  • Añadimos el ajo.
  • Añadimos la cebolla.
  • Tapamos la olla y dejamos en el fuego por unos 10 minutos.
  • Colocamos la licuadora.
  • Añadimos los tomates.
  • Añadimos los chiles.
  • Añadimos la cebolla.
  • Añadimos el ajo.
  • Añadimos un poco de agua donde cocimos los tomates.
  • Añadimos el cilantro.
  • Añadimos sal al gusto.
  • Licuamos perfectamente.
