  • Cebolla.
  • Ajo.
  • Tomates.
  • Chile de árbol.
  • Cilantro.
  • Agua.
  • Sal.

Preparation

  • Colocamos un comal en el fuego.
  • Añadimos el ajo.
  • Colocamos la cebolla en el comal.
  • Añadimos los tomates.
  • Agregamos los chiles – estos se dejan hasta el final y poco tiempo porque se pueden agriar si los dejamos mucho tiempo en el comal -.
  • Dejamos tostar.
  • Colocamos todos estos ingredientes en la licuadora.
  • Añadimos cilantro.
  • Agregamos sal al gusto.
  • Añadimos poquita agua.
  • Licuamos.
Listo, tenemos nuestra salsa taquera terminada.
