  • 300 mililitros de agua.
  • 1 cono de piloncillo.
  • 1 rajita de canela.

Preparation

  • Colocamos una olla honda en el fuego.
  • Añadimos el agua.
  • Añadimos el piloncillo.
  • Añadimos la rajita de canela.
  • Tapamos la olla.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 30 minutos hasta que el piloncillo este disuelto.
  • Retiramos del fuego.
¡Listo! tenemos nuestra miel de piloncillo terminada.
