Ingredients

  • 280 gramos de atún.
  • 100 gramos de pan molido.
  • 5 papas grandes.
  • 2 huevos.
  • Agua.
  • Aceite para freír.
  • sal al gusto.

Preparation

  • Colocamos la olla express en el fuego.
  • Añadimos agua unos 700 mililitros.
  • Añadimos las papas.
  • Dejamos cocer por unos 25 minutos.
  • Retiramos del fuego y dejamos que se enfríen las papas.
  • Pelamos las papas.
  • Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
  • Hacemos pure las papas.
  • Añadimos el atún y mezclamos.
  • Añadimos los huevos y mezclamos.
  • Añadimos el pan molido y mezclamos.
  • Añadimos la sal y mezclamos.
  • Formamos nuestras tortitas o croquetas depende la forma que le queramos dar.
  • Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
  • Añadimos suficiente aceite para freír y dejamos calentar.
  • Colocamos nuestras tortitas de atún.
  • Freímos por ambos lados.
  • Retiramos del fuego y colocamos en papel absorbente para quitar el exceso de grasa.
¡Listo! tenemos nuestras croquetas o tortitas de atún terminadas, podemos acompañar con lechuga, limón y una salsa.
