Colocamos las hojas de maÃz a remojar.
Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
Añadimos la harina nixtamalizada.
Añadimos la manteca de cerdo.
Añadimos la manteca vegetal.
Añadimos el consomé de pollo y la sal.
Batimos perfectamente los ingredientes hasta deshacer por completo todos los grumos
esto puede tarde una hora a una hora y media
.
Retiramos del agua las hojas de maÃz y reservamos.
Tomamos una hoja de maÃz y la rellenamos con la masa
la debemos extender perfectamente
.
Colocamos el mole con pollo.
Envolvemos perfectamente
doblamos y jalamos la punta hacia la parte de atrás
.
Colocamos el tamal en la vaporera
vamos acomodando perfectamente en la olla donde vamos a cocer
.
Colocamos la vaporera en el fuego
y dejamos de 1:30 horas a 2 horas
.
