200 gramos de queso Oaxaca
deshebrado

200 gramos de longaniza
desmenuzada
.
1/4 de cebolla
fileteada
.
2 chiles cuaresmeños
fileteados

Sal
al gusto

Pimienta
al gusto

Aceite.

Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite
y dejamos calentar

Añadimos la longaniza.
Dejamos freÃr por un lapso de 10 minutos.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos el chile cuaresmeño.
Integramos.
Añadimos sal
al gusto
.
Añadimos pimienta
al gusto
.
Tapamos el sartén.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 10 minutos
y reservamos
.
Colocamos una cazuela en el fuego.
Añadimos un poco de aceite
y dejamos calentar
.
Añadimos la longaniza con chiles y cebolla.
Añadimos el queso Oaxaca.
Tapamos la olla.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 15 minutos
hasta que el queso este fundido
.
