Ingredients
1/2 Kilo de panza de res
picada
.
4 jitomates.
2 papas grandes
en cubitos
.
1/2 litro de agua.
2 ramitas de epazote.
Aceite.
1/2 cebolla.
2 dientes de ajo.
4 chiles morita.
Sal
al gusto
.
1 cucharada de consomé de pollo
en polvo
.

Preparation
Colocamos la licuadora.
Añadimos el jitomate
partido en 4
.
Añadimos los dientes de ajo.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos los chiles
sin el rabito
.
Añadimos un poco de agua.
Licuamos perfectamente.
Colocamos un sartén amplio en el fuego.
Añadimos poco aceite
y dejamos calentar
.
Añadimos la mezcla que licuamos.
Añadimos la panza de res.
Añadimos las papas.
Añadimos el epazote.
Añadimos sal
al gusto
.
Añadimos el consomé de pollo en polvo.
Añadimos un poco de agua.
Dejamos hervir.
Colocamos el fuego en flama baja.
Tapamos el sartén.
Dejamos cocer
por aproximadamente 45 minutos, hasta que la panza y las papas están suaves
.
¡Listo! podemos servir nuestra
pancita de res en chile mora
acompañada de una
salsa
y sus tortillas.
