300 gramos de filete de pescado.
400 gramos de harina.
250 mililitros de leche entera.
2 huevos.
1 cucharada de levadura.
Aceite para freír.
1 cucharada de sal.

Preparation
Colocamos un recipiente hondo.
Añadimos la harina.
Añadimos la levadura.
Añadimos una cucharada de sal.
Añadimos los huevos.
Añadimos la leche.
Batimos perfectamente
vamos a ir añadiendo harina o leche dependiendo la textura de nuestra mezcla
.
Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite
suficiente para freír, dejamos calentar
.
Metemos un filete de pescado en la mezcla que batimos.
Metemos el filete en el aceite
dejamos freír, por ambos lados
.
Retiramos del aceite
y colocamos en papel absorbente para quitar el exceso de grasa
.
