  • 10 chiles pasillas secos, sin rabo ni semillas.
  • 1/2 cebolla.
  • 3 ajos.
  • 4 hojas de laurel.
  • 4 pimientas gordas.
  • Sal al gusto.
  • Pimienta al gusto.
  • 500 mililitros de agua.

Preparation

  • Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
  • Añadimos el agua.
  • Añadimos los chiles.
  • Tapamos la olla.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 10 minutos.
  • Colocamos la licuadora.
  • Añadimos los chiles.
  • Añadimos la cebolla.
  • Añadimos el ajo.
  • Añadimos las pimientas gordas.
  • Añadimos la sal.
  • Añadimos la pimienta.
  • Añadimos el agua.
  • Licuamos perfectamente y reservamos.
  • Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
  • Añadimos la mezcla licuada si hace falta añadimos un poco más de agua.
  • Añadimos las hojas de laurel.
  • Tapamos la olla y dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 7 minutos.
  • Añadimos el chicharrón.
  • Integramos perfectamente los ingredientes.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 10 minutos.
