1 Kilo de cuero.
300 ml de refresco de cola.
250 ml de leche.
300 ml de jugo de naranja.
4 Dientes de ajo.
1 cebolla blanca mediana
partida en cuatro

1 Kilo de Manteca.
1 Naranja mediana en rodajas.

Preparation
Colocamos un cazo al fuego.
Añadimos la manteca
y dejamos calentar hasta que hierva
.
Añadimos la maciza
dejamos cocer por 1 hora aproximadamente
.
Añadimos el cuero.
Añadimos suficiente sal
ya que absorbe demasiado
.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos los ajos.
Añadimos las rodajas de naranja.
Añadimos el jugo de naranja.
Añadimos el refresco de cola.
Añadimos la leche
dejamos cocer por aproximadamente 1 hora
.
Sacamos la carne y cueritos
dejamos escurrir la grasa
.
Listo, tenemos nuestras carnitas terminadas.
