1 kilogramo de bistec de res.
300 gramos de tomate verde.
2 chiles serranos.
4 ó 5 ramas de cilantro.
1/2 cebolla.
1 diente de ajo.

Preparation
Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite.
Añadimos el bistec de res.
Dejamos sellar la carne por unos 15 minutos.
Colocamos la licuadora.
Añadimos los tomates.
Añadimos los chiles serranos.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos el cilantro.
Añadimos el ajo.
Añadimos la sal
al gusto

Añadimos la pimienta
al gusto

Licuamos perfectamente
añadimos un poco de agua si es necesario

Añadimos la mezcla licuada al sartén donde tenemos el bistec de res.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 30 minutos.
