70 gramos de mantequilla.

Colocamos una olla honda en el fuego.
Añadimos la mantequilla
dejamos derretir

Añadimos las papas.
Tapamos la olla.
Dejamos freír por un lapso de 5 minutos.
Añadimos el jugo de limón.
Añadimos los chiles.
Añadimos el consomé de pollo en polvo.
Añadimos el ajo.
Añadimos sal
al gusto

Integramos perfectamente.
Tapamos la olla
bajamos la flama
.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 30 minutos.
