  • We put a deep pot in the fire.
  • We add oil and let it heat.
  • We add the onion.
  • Let sauté for 5 minutes.
  • We add the garlic.
  • Let saute for 3 minutes.
  • We add the guajillo chile.

  • Let saute for 3 minutes.
  • We add the nopales.
  • We cover the pot.
  • We left in the fire for 5 minutes.
  • We add the cloves.
  • We add the peppers.
  • We add the cumin.
  • We add salt to taste.

  • We add the vinegar.
