3 litros de agua.
1 kilogramo de piloncillo.
Sal

para un vaso dos limones

1 kilogramo de masa de maíz.
Hielo
al gusto

Preparation
Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
Añadimos 2 1/2 litros de agua.
Añadimos el piloncillo.
Dejamos deshacer el piloncillo.
Colocamos la licuadora.
Añadimos la masa.
Añadimos el resto de agua.
Licuamos perfectamente.
Añadimos la mezcla licuada a nuestra olla con piloncillo.
Vamos a mover constantemente la olla hasta que no queden grumos
si es necesario añadimos un poco más de agua para que no quede muy espeso
.
Apagamos el fuego.
Añadimos hielos.
Dejamos enfriar por unas 4 horas
a temperatura ambiente
.
Colocamos un vaso.
Añadimos sal
al gusto
.
Añadimos hielo.
Añadimos el jugo de 2 limones
aproximadamente
.
Servimos nuestro tejuino.
