Ingredients
1/2 kilogramo de cañas partidas en 4

1/2 kilogramo de manzanas
partidas en 4 lunas

1/2 kilogramo de guayabas
partidas en 4 lunas

1 taza de flores de jamaica seca.
1 taza de tamarindos enteros y limpios.
100 gramos de ciruelas pasas.
1/2 kilogramo de piloncillos
chicos

1 raja grande de canela.
5 litros de agua.

Preparation
Para empezar vamos a pelar los tejocotes.
Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
Añadimos agua.
Añadimos los tejocotes
dejamos suavizar por unos 20 minutos
.
Retiramos del fuego y dejamos enfriar.
Pelamos los tejocotes
reservamos
.
Colocamos una olla amplia en el fuego.
Añadimos agua
4 litros
.
Añadimos el piloncillo.
Añadimos el tamarindo.
Añadimos la jamaica.
Añadimos la raja de canela.
Tapamos y dejamos hervir
por unos 25 minutos
.
Añadimos las cañas.
Añadimos las ciruelas pasas.
Añadimos la guayaba.
Añadimos los tejocotes.
Añadimos la manzana.
Dejamos hervir por unos 45 minutos.
