1 pechuga de pollo.
1 1/2 litros de agua.
5 papas
partidas en 4

3 zanahorias
en bastones

4 jitomates
partidos en 4
.
1 elote
partido en 4
.
1 lata de garbanzos
drenados
.
3 chiles morita secos.
1 cebolla.
2 dientes de ajo.
Unas ramitas de epazote.
Sal
al gusto

Preparation
Colocamos la olla de presión.
Añadimos el agua.
Añadimos la pechuga de pollo.
Añadimos el ajo.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos la zanahoria.
Añadimos el jitomate.
Añadimos las papas.
Añadimos el garbanzo.
Añadimos el elote.
Añadimos el chile morita.
Añadimos el epazote.
Añadimos sal
al gusto
.
Tapamos la olla.
Dejamos en el fuego hasta que la olla “chilleâ€, una vez que chille, dejamos por un lapso de 25 minutos.
Retiramos del fuego con mucho cuidado
esperando que salga todo el vapor para poder abrir la olla
.
Retiramos la pechuga y desmenuzamos.
Regresamos el pollo desmenuzado al caldo.

terminado.
