Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tazas de fresas frescas limpias y desinfectadas.
  • 3 cucharadas de fécula de maíz.
  • 3/4 taza de azúcar.
  • 1 taza de agua.

Preparation

  • Partimos las fresas en trozos pequeños.
  • Colocamos una cacerola.
  • Añadimos el agua.
  • Añadimos la fécula de maíz.
  • Mezclamos hasta disolverla perfectamente.
  • Llevamos la cacerola al fuego.
  • Añadimos las fresas.
  • Añadimos el azúcar.
  • Mezclamos constantemente hasta que la mezcla se espese y quede con consistencia de jalea.
  • Dejamos enfríar y podremos rellenar nuestro pastel.
