10 rebanadas de pan de caja.
200 mililitros de leche evaporada.
200 mililitros de leche entera.
1 pieza de huevo.
1 barra de mantequilla.
1/4 de taza de azúcar.
1/4 de taza de canela en polvo.
1/2 taza de jarabe de chocolate.
250 gramos de fresas
limpias y desinfectadas, partidas en rebanadas delgadas

3 piezas de plátano Tabasco
partido en rodajas delgadas

Preparation
En un recipiente amplio vertimos la leche entera.
Añadimos la leche evaporada.
Añadimos el huevo.
Mezclamos perfectamente.
Tomamos una rebanada de pan y la sumergimos en la mezcla.
Colocamos mantequilla en un sartén a fuego lento
dejamos derretir la mantequilla

Colocamos la rebanada de pan que sumergimos
dejamos que se dore por ambos lados

Retiramos del fuego
colocamos en un plato ancho

Espolvoreamos canela
nos podemos ayudar de un colador pequeño

Espolvoreamos azúcar
nos podemos ayudar de un colador pequeño

Añadimos unas rebanadas de plátano y fresa.
Bañamos con jarabe de cholocate
al gusto
