Los quelites son unas hierbas muy fáciles de conseguir, fáciles de preparar, ricos y económicos.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogramo de quelites frescos.
  • 1 cebolla blanca mediana.
  • 1 ajo.
  • 1 chile jalapeño.
  • Aceite para freír.
  • Sal al gusto.

Preparation

  • Limpiamos los quelites quitamos las raíces y los tallos más gruesos.
  • Lavamos los quelites los ponemos a desinfectar, escurrimos y reservamos.
  • Partimos la cebolla finamente.
  • Partimos el ajo finamente.
  • Partimos el chile en rajas.
  • Colocamos una cazuela en el fuego.
  • Añadimos una cucharada de aceite.
  • Añadimos la cebolla.
  • Añadimos el ajo.
  • Dejamos sofreír.
  • Añadimos los quelites dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos.
  • Añadimos las rajas de chile.
  • Añadimos sal al gusto.
  • Dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos hasta que los quelites estén suaves y cocidos.
¡Listo! tenemos terminados nuestros quelites, podemos comerlos en taquito, tlacoyo o en una quesadilla.
