  • 500 milliliters of water.
  • 5 tomatoes.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • A pinch of oregano.
  • A few sprigs of parsley.
  • Salt to taste .
  • Oil for frying .

Preparation

  • We put a deep pot.
  • Add oil and let it heat.
  • Add the onion.
  • Let it fry.
  • We put the blender.
  • Add the garlic cloves.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add the tomato.
  • We add a little water.
  • We blend perfectly.
  • Add the blended mixture to the deep pot.
  • Cover and boil.
  • Add the potatoes.
  • Add a little water if necessary.
  • Add the oregano.
  • Add the parsley.
  • Leave it on the fire for about 30 minutes.
