Una taza de azúcar.
Una taza de canela molida.

Preparation
Tomamos un bolillo y lo partimos por la mitad.
Retiramos el exceso de migajón
y reservamos

Añadimos el azúcar a la taza de canela.
Mezclamos perfectamente
y reservamos
.
Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
Añadimos un poco de mantequilla
y dejamos derretir
.
Añadimos dos mitades de pan.
Dejamos dorar por ambos lados.
Añadimos mantequilla a las mitades de bolillo, por el lado del migajón
la mantequilla es al gusto
.
Dejamos dorar nuevamente por ambos lados los bolillos.
Añadimos canela con azúcar por el lado del migajón.
Dejamos 2 minutos más en el fuego.
