Tomamos una rebanada de queso y la vamos a cortar en barritas – las barritas deben ser del tamaño de un dedo -.
Colocamos un recipiente hondo.
Añadimos los huevos.
Añadimos sal.
Mezclamos perfectamente.
Sumergimos una barrita de queso en el huevo.
Pasamos por el pan molido.
Volvemos a sumergir en el huevo.
Volvemos a pasar por el pan molido.
Los colocamos en un plato y refrigeramos por 1 hora.
Colocamos una cacerola en el fuego.
Añadimos aceite – y lo dejamos calentar -.
Sumergimos los deditos.
Los vamos a freír por unos 2 minutos.
Retiramos y dejamos en papel absorbente – para quitar el exceso de grasa -.
¡Listo! Tenemos nuestra botana terminada.
