400 gramos de pan molido.
300 gramos de harina.
Aceite
para freír

Cortamos los filetes de pescado en tiras.
Colocamos un recipiente hondo.
Añadimos los huevos.
Añadimos sal
al gusto

Añadimos pimienta
al gusto

Batimos perfectamente.
Tomamos un dedo de pescado.
Pasamos por la harina.
Pasamos por el huevo.
Pasamos por el pan molido.
Reservamos.
Colocamos una olla honda en el fuego.
Añadimos suficiente aceite
y dejamos calentar

Añadimos nuestros dedos de pescado.
Dejamos freír por un lapso de 7 minutos.
Retiramos del fuego
y colocamos sobre papel absorbente

¡Listo! tenemos nuestros

terminados, te recomendamos acompañar con limón y un buen
