Prendemos el horno a 180º.
Colocamos una charola para hornear.
Barnizamos con aceite.
Añadimos las alitas.
Barnizamos con aceite.
Llevamos al horno - dejamos por 30 minutos horneando -.

Añadimos agua.
Añadimos los chiles de árbol - dejamos suavizar por unos 10 minutos -.
Colocamos la licuadora.

Licuamos perfectamente - reservamos -.

Freímos las alitas - por unos 5 minutos -.
Añadimos la mezcla de la licuadora.
Dejamos hervir.
