90 gramos de queso crema.
2 chiles chipotle
de lata

2 cucharadas de consomé de pollo en polvo.

deshebrado

Sal
al gusto

Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
Añadimos el agua.
Añadimos la sal.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 20 minutos.
Añadimos la pasta.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 15 minutos
hasta que la pasta este cocida
.
Retiramos del fuego.
Drenamos la pasta y reservamos.
Colocamos la licuadora.
Añadimos el queso crema.
Añadimos el chipotle.
Añadimos la crema.
Añadimos el consomé de pollo en polvo.
Añadimos un poco de agua
de ser necesario

Licuamos perfectamente.
Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
Añadimos la mezcla licuada.
Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 15 minutos.
Retiramos del fuego y reservamos.
Servimos un poco de pasta en un plato.
Añadimos crema de chipotle
al gusto

Añadimos un poco de queso Oaxaca.
