1/2 kilogramo de
pechuga de pollo
- cocida y deshebrada -.
2 tazas de jitomate guaje - partidos en cubos pequeños -.
1 taza de cebolla blanca - partida en cubos pequeños -.
2 chiles jalapeños - partidos en rodajas medianas -.
Aceite - para freÃr -.
Sal - al gusto -.

Colocamos una cacerola al fuego.
Añadimos el aceite.
Añadimos la cebolla.
Añadimos el jitomate.
Dejamos sofreÃr por 5 minutos.
Añadimos los ejotes.
Añadimos el pollo.
Añadimos los chiles.
Añadimos sal - al gusto -.
Incorporamos bien todo.
Dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo por 10 a 15 minutos.
