Ingredients

  • 1 kilogramo de bistec de res en tiras.
  • 4 papas picadas en cubos.
  • 1 cebolla fileteada.
  • 1 chile jalapeño en tiras.
  • Aceite.
  • Sal al gusto.
  • Ajo en polvo al gusto.
  • Pimienta al gusto.
  • Agua de ser necesaria.

Preparation

  • Colocamos un sartén amplio en el fuego.
  • Añadimos aceite y dejamos calentar.
  • Añadimos la cebolla.
  • Dejamos sofreír.
  • Añadimos el chile jalapeño.
  • Añadimos el bistec de res.
  • Añadimos las papas.
  • Añadimos sal al gusto.
  • Añadimos ajo en polvo al gusto.
  • Añadimos pimienta al gusto.
  • Integramos todos los ingredientes.
  • Tapamos el sartén.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 20 minutos.
  • Revisamos nuestro sartén, la carne debió de soltar bastante jugo, de no ser así, agregamos unos 100 mililitros de agua.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por otro 20 minutos.
¡Listo! tenemos terminado nuestro bistec de res con papas, te recomendamos acompañar con un delicioso arroz.
