Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilogramo de bistec de res en tiras.
  • 1/4 de queso Oxaca deshebrado.
  • Tortillas de harina para acompañar.
  • Sal al gusto.
  • Pimienta al gusto.
  • Aceite.

Preparation

  • Colocamos una olla honda en el fuego.
  • Añadimos aceite y dejamos calentar.
  • Añadimos el bistec de res.
  • Añadimos sal al gusto.
  • Añadimos pimienta al gusto.
  • Integramos.
  • Tapamos la olla.
  • Dejamos en el fuego por un lapso de 20 minutos moviendo constantemente el bistec.
  • Retiramos del fuego y reservamos.
  • Colocamos una plancha en el fuego.
  • Añadimos aceite y dejamos calentar.
  • Añadimos el bistec de res.
  • Dejamos freír por un lapso de 15 minutos o al termino que deseemos.
  • Añadimos el queso Oaxaca.
  • Dejamos fundir el queso.
  • Retiramos del fuego.
¡Listo! tenemos terminado nuestro bistec con queso terminado.
