Ingredients

  • 200 gramos de pasta de codo.
  • 1/2 litro de agua.
  • 1 lata de piña en almíbar picada.
  • 1 rama de apio en medias lunas.
  • 100 gramos de jamón en cubos.
  • 3/4 de taza de crema ácida.
  • 1/4 de taza de mayonesa.
  • Sal al gusto.
  • Pimienta al gusto.

Preparation

  • Colocamos una olla en el fuego.
  • Añadimos el agua.
  • Dejamos hervir.
  • Añadimos la pasta de codo.
  • Dejamos cocer por unos 25 minutos.
  • Retiramos del fuego.
  • Escurrimos y reservamos.
  • Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
  • Añadimos la pasta cocida.
  • Añadimos el jamón.
  • Añadimos la piña.
  • Añadimos el apio.
  • Añadimos la crema.
  • Añadimos la mayonesa.
  • Integramos todos los ingredientes.
  • Añadimos sal al gusto.
  • Añadimos pimienta al gusto.
  • Volvemos a integrar todos los ingredientes.
