Ingredients
1 1/2 litros de agua.
Una pieza de piloncillo
250grs. aproximadamente
.
250 gramos de masa de maíz.
Una tablilla de chocolate.
Un trozo de raja de canela.

Preparation
Colocamos una olla en el fuego
lento
.
Añadimos 1 litro de agua.
Añadimos el piloncillo
esperamos a que se disuelva
.
Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
Añadimos la masa.
Añadimos el resto del agua.
Con ayuda de un tenedor vamos a disolver bien la masa
no deben de quedar grumos y reservamos
.
Una vez que el piloncillo esta bien disuelto vamos a añadir la mezcla de la masa
nos podemos ayudar de un colador para evitar los grumos
.
Añadimos la canela.
Añadimos la tablilla de chocolate.
Mezclamos perfectamente
hasta que se disuelva el chocolate
.
Dejamos hervir.
Tenemos nuestro
champurrado
listo para acompañar nuestros
tamales
, nuestras
gorditas de piloncillo
o sólo.
