Ingredients

  • 2 tazas de harina para hot cake.
  • 2 cucharadas de polvo para hornear.
  • 1 1/2 taza de leche.
  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla.
  • 10 cubitos de mantequilla.
  • 2 cucharadas de vainilla.
  • 2 piezas de huevo.
  • 1/2 taza de azúcar.

Preparation

  • Colocamos un recipiente amplio.
  • Añadimos la harina para hot cake.
  • Añadimos el polvo para hornear.
  • Colocamos otro recipiente.
  • Añadimos los huevos.
  • Añadimos el azúcar.
  • Añadimos las 2 cucharadas de mantequilla previamente derretida.
  • Añadimos la leche.
  • Batimos perfectamente con ayuda de la batidora.
  • Vertimos la mezcla en un recipiente amplio.
  • Añadimos las harinas.
  • Batimos perfectamente con ayuda de la batidora.
  • Añadimos la vainilla.
  • Volvemos a batir.
  • Colocamos un sartén en el fuego.
  • Añadimos un cubito de mantequilla y dejamos derretir.
  • Añadimos un poco de nuestra mezcla batida.
  • Doramos por ambos lados.
  • Retiramos del fuego y colocamos en un plato.
¡Listo! tenemos terminados nuestros hot cakes, podemos acompañar con mermelada.
