Ingredients
2 camotes medianos.
2 piezas de piloncillo.
1 raja de canela.
1 cucharadita de anís.
5 clavos de olor.
Agua, la necesaria.

Preparation
Colocamos una olla amplia en el fuego
donde quepan los camotes
.
Añadimos 4 tazas de agua.
Añadimos el piloncillo.
Añadimos la raja de canela.
Añadimos el anís.
Esperamos a que se disuelva por completo el piloncillo.
Añadimos los camotes
los puedes partir en mitades
.
Bajamos la flama
dejamos cocer a fuego lento, por una hora y media, o hasta que los camotes estén suaves y se haya reducido el liquido y esté mieloso.
