Desvenamos los chiles
los vamos a reservar

Asamos el tocino.
Picamos el tocino finamente.
Colocamos el queso doble crema en un recipiente hondo.
Añadimos el queso Oaxaca.
Mezclamos perfectamente.
Añadimos el tocino.
Volvemos a mezclar perfectamente.
Tomamos un chile y rellenamos con nuestra mezcla.
Colocamos las yemas y las claras en un recipiente.
Añadimos leche.
Mezclamos perfectamente.
Tomamos un chile y lo sumergimos en la mezcla.
Pasamos el chile por la harina.
Nuevamente lo sumergimos en la mezcla del huevo.
Lo empanizamos.
Colocamos una cacerola con aceite en el fuego
y dejamos calentar el aceite

Sumergimos un chile
y doramos perfectamente por los dos lados

Sacamos del aceite.
Colocamos en un plato con toallas absorbentes
para quitar el exceso de grasa
