Ingredients
1 1/2kg. de calabaza de Castilla
limpia y partida en trozos medianos
.
2 o 3 piezas de piloncillo.
1 raja medianas de canela.
1 cucharadita de anÃs.
1/2 taza de azúcar morena.
Agua
la necesaria

Preparation
Colocamos una olla amplia en el fuego
que cubra la calabaza
.
Añadimos suficiente agua.
Agregamos el piloncillo.
Añadimos la canela.
Añadimos el anÃs.
Añadimos el azúcar.
Esperamos a que el piloncillo esté completamente disuelto y rompa el primer hervor.
Añadimos la calabaza
nosotros la agregamos con todo y pepitas, es opcional
.
Tapamos la olla
bajamos el fuego
.
Dejamos cocinar por espacio de 1:30 a 2 horas.
Para verificar que la calabaza este terminada, picamos con un cuchillo y verificamos que este suave
apagamos el fuego
.
