Ingredients
1 kg de salchichas.
250 ml. De leche entera.
400 grs de harina.
1 o 2 piezas de huevo.
1 cucharadita de levadura.
Palillos para brochetas.
Aceite para freír.
1 cucharadita de Sal.

Preparation
Tomamos una salchicha y un palillo y hacemos un tipo paleta.
Colocamos un recipiente hondo.
Añadimos la harina.
Añadimos la levadura.
Añadimos sal.
Añadimos los huevos.
Añadimos un poco de leche
esta va a ser al tanteo dependiendo de la consistencia de la masa
.
Batimos perfectamente.
Si nos falto leche la agregamos
la consistencia de la masa debe ser espesa, pero a su vez liquida
.
Colocamos la mezcla en un vaso.
Vamos a ir sumergiendo las salchichas en la mezcla.
Colocamos una cazuela en el fuego.
Añadimos suficiente aceite
lo vamos a dejar calentar
.
Sumergimos las salchichas en el aceite
y las dejaremos como por 7 minutos
.
Retiramos las salchichas y las colocamos en un plato con papel absorbente
para quitar el exceso de aceite
.
¡Listo! Tenemos nuestras
banderillas
listas para servir, no olviden acompañarlas con mayonesa, cátsup o mostaza, dependiendo de su agrado.
